Champions like Bjorn Borg, Mc Enroe, Vilas, Gerulaitis, and others follow the fashion of the time. They wear their hair long often with sponge headban. It is also in these years that the equipment evolves, the racket being revolutionized, and the aluminum frames appear. Our vintage tricolor rooster with its headband on the "crest" is a nod to the tennis of the time.
